Overview

All worship services at Calvary enjoy the addition of our choirs and handbells throughout the year. Our 5:00 pm & 8:15 am worship services tend to be more traditional in nature, and our 10:00/10:45 am worship encompasses the wide genre of contemporary music.

Calvary also encourages blended worship by providing the opportunity to worship with blended music at various weekends during the years. Interested in getting involved at worship? Members serve in worship as musicians, deacons, ushers, greeters, nursery attendants, power point, audio & video operators, acolytes, and lectors, and by serving on our altar guild.

Brief Worship Bios

Saturday 5:00 pm
Our evening Worship includes pipe organ and is liturgically based following the Lutheran Book of Worship, including hymns from the hymnal supplement With One Voice.

Sunday 8:15 am
Our first morning Worship is also liturgically based using the Lutheran Book of Worship, the hymnal supplements With One Voice and Now the Feast & Celebration, and our pipe organ.

Sunday 10:00/10:45 am
Our second morning Worship is lead by our Contemporary Worship Teams. This service offers a variety of music from rock, to new arrangements of hymns, to bluegrass, providing a creative atmosphere of praise and worship to our God. The service is outdoors in the summer, westher permitting.
