Summer Outdoor Worship Set-Up & Tear Down

We are in need of groups of members to help assist in our summer outdoor worship set up and tear down. We’re looking for groups of at least 5 that can help move out the chairs and assist in moving the music equipment. The commitment on a Sunday is from 8:30am - 9:30am for set up, and then immediately following worship at around 11:00am to help return all the items back inside the building.

This ministry assistance is wonderful opportunity for Calvary families and groups of friends, as we’re looking for groups of folks that would enjoy serving together while helping support our outdoor service. There are two additional dates that we are recruiting members to help us, and those are for Pentecost May 23, with worship still at 10:45am, and on Monday, July 5th for our Independence Day Celebration. What about rain you ask? If we know from the forecast on Saturday that we will be worshiping inside, you’ll receive an email after the Saturday evening worship service, and we’ll also post the info on the Calvary website. If the weather is unpredictably Wisconsin, please come at 8:30am and we’ll announce our plans to everyone then. In the event that we make the call on Sunday morning, will still utilize your help is setting up in the sanctuary, as we pack up all our gear after our last rehearsal of the week, and even if we’re inside, we could use some help setting up inside.
